/experience

• Phil - Head of Design

  I redesigned our ops platform so work felt faster and clearer. With smarter automation and better comms, we scaled smoothly while support needs went down.

• Kindbody - Director of Product Design

  I led design across SaaS and Kindbody’s first e‑commerce flow. I worked closely with clinicians to make EHR tasks—notes, scheduling, and meds—much simpler, and improved onboarding and conversion along the way.

• BoardVitals - Design Principal/Design Lead

  I grew the design team and built a growth practice. We moved from trial to freemium and leaned into personalization to lift retention and product‑led ARR.
